I have spent almost all of my working life, 25 years, working on historic buildings and structures. From castles to churches, Megalithic tombs to 20th century cricket pavilions, the range is vast and never boring. I always use a hands on, common sense approach with all the projects I manage.

Liaison between main contractor and regulatory bodies or conservation professionals Specialist sub-contractor selection, liaison and cost analysis of tenders Tender preparation and pricing of specialist elements.
