Restoring Cast iron

We restore and refurbish cast iron goods. These include balconies, railings, gates, rainwater goods, statues, fountains, etc. We would be happy to talk about your project prior to any commitment. Our aim is to repair as much original fabric as possible and all projects follow a minimal intervention ethos. We offer a full service clean down, remove if necessary for repair, repair and replace as required, full reinstatement and paint finishes to established conservation standards and best practice guidelines. We are happy to work with your building team or conservation experts or we can provide the expertise and suitable professionals if required.  ​​

We actively promote the reuse of cast iron rainwater goods wherever possible. Typically we find that after refurbishing the original you end up with a product that is better than new. Not every  day that you can say that.
